Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to quotations, orders and supply of dry ice by Buddha's Agro.
These terms are a working draft prepared for review. Have the final text reviewed by a legal professional before publication. Last updated: July 2026.
Quotation Validity
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Pricing may change with production costs and availability; a quotation does not guarantee stock until the order is confirmed by our team.
Product Availability
Dry ice is produced and supplied subject to current production capacity. Formats and quantities are confirmed at the time of order. We will inform you promptly if availability changes.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed per customer and stated on the quotation or invoice. For new business customers, payment may be required before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
Delivery Terms
Delivery timing is coordinated and confirmed per order. Because dry ice sublimates continuously, quantities are prepared for the agreed schedule; delays caused by the customer may reduce delivered quantity without liability to Buddha's Agro.
Pickup Terms
Customers collecting orders must arrive within the agreed window with a suitable insulated, non-airtight container and a ventilated vehicle. We may decline handover where transport arrangements are clearly unsafe.
Cancellation
Because dry ice is produced to order, cancellations should be made as early as possible. Orders cancelled after production has begun may be charged in part or in full.
Customer Responsibility
Upon handover, the customer is responsible for safe handling, storage, transport and use of the dry ice, including compliance with any regulations applicable to their application.
Safe Handling
Customers must follow the safety guidance provided on this website and with the order, including the use of insulated gloves, ventilation and appropriate containers. Dry ice must be kept away from children and untrained persons.
Storage Requirements
Dry ice must never be stored in airtight containers or unventilated spaces. Buddha's Agro is not responsible for loss through sublimation after handover, which is a natural property of the product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddha's Agro's liability for any claim arising from the supply of dry ice is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage arising from improper handling, storage or use after handover.
Business-to-Business Supply
Our products and these terms are intended for business customers. Any consumer supply, where accepted, remains subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
